Lesson Policy and Information
★ Monthly payments are required.
The payment must be provided prior to the first lesson of each monthα© or each semesterα©α©. Accepted via check, cash, and zelle.
★ Late Payments
Payments received after the fifth day of the first lesson of each month are considered late. A $30.00 late fee will be assessed on any payment received after the fifth day of the first lesson of each month.
★ Performance Studio Class and Recital are required.
The fee is $45–60 for one time for both the performance studio class and the recital per semester and is paid at the beginning of each semester, Spring (January) and Fall (August). It has been shown that students develop extensive and comprehensive skills by learning in both private and group-healthy environments. Participation is required.
★ No show / Missed lesson
Lessons missed by students will not be rescheduled or refunded. Lessons missed by the teacher will be rescheduled or refunded. Exceptions: force majeure and weather.
★ Reschedule
Request at least 24 hours in advance, or lessons cannot be refunded. It could only be rescheduled online. Exceptions: force majeure and weather.
★ Special Request
If lesson(s) is /are requested for additional instruction, or in preparation for any audition and performance purposes, they will be billed pro-rated.
★ Response to Sickness and Covid
Please wear a mask during the lesson, if you are coughing, sneezing, or running nose. If the student or teacher is experiencing any Covid symptoms or has potentially been exposed to Covid, the lesson(s) will switch to a virtual lesson or be rescheduled.
Please be responsible.
★ The scholarship recipients are not exempt from the lesson policy.
