Scholarship

✭ Music Teachers Association of California scholarship (MTAC)

MTAC provides various opportunities for students who study with active MTAC teachers. Music Student Assistance Grant, VOCE, Composers Today, Young Artist Guild, Friends of Today’s Music, Improvisation. http://www.mtac.org/foundation/

Requirements: MTAC-Student Grant

★ 𝔻𝕣․𝕋𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕘 Scholarship

I believe there are no shortcuts to learning and developing any skill, so I would like to provide a scholarship to encourage my students to be responsible and persevere in individual learning. The awards can only be used toward lessons for each term.

𝔻𝕣․𝕋𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕘 Scholarship provides 3 tiers of scholarships: Fortissimo ff, Mezzo Forte mf, Forte f. The amounts vary and depend on the audition, student’s performance, lesson length, and payment plan.

In short, 𝔻𝕣․𝕋𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕘 Scholarship is for the students and their parents to commit learning journey. Commitment is the best way to develop your cello and piano techniques and musicianship.

The Committed Students will

❥❥ Take semester-based Cello or Piano lessons: Spring (16 weeks), Summer (10 weeks), and Fall (16 weeks)

❥❥ Pay according to the semester

❥❥ Fully Prepared for all lessons

❥❥ Follow the Lesson Policy

❥❥ Social media encouraging post once a month and tag @VcTseng

❥❥ Audition: The first lesson of each semester

Forte f ❥❥ Free Group Class(s) + Performance Class(s) each term

Mezzo Forte mf ❥❥ One free lesson + Free Group Class(s) + Performance Class(s) each term

Fortissimo ff ❥❥ Two free lessons + Free Group Class(s) + Performance Class(s) each term
