How to create the E-Classroom with Google Slide and Bitmoji
In this blog, I am going to share my learning experience with
creating an E-classroom with #Bitmoji in #Google_slide from scratch
(Sounds intimidating, but it's not!)
((only time consuming))
Step 1.
You need to have a Google account to combine these two features.
Bitmoji can only be created on smartphone ( as of Sep 2020)
Download the app on the phone –> *create your Bitmoji account
–> spend some time to explore animated you –> Done
*Remember to use your Google email that you will use for Google slides
*Retake a photo of your face –> in the Bitmoji app –> setting –> My Date –> Reset Avatar
Add the Bitmoji extension to your Chrome browser
Google search Bitmoji –> add extension = Bitmoji for Chrome
*Safari does not always get along with Google no extension for – Safari (as of Sep. 2020)
Step 4.
Open –> Google slide –> + new slide –> delete the title / subtitle –> choose your Background
In Image –> many options: I used Google Image Search for the 1st slide
& Uploaded photo of my studio for the 2nd slide
Step 5.
Insert Bitmoji into Google Slides
Go to the slide that you would like to add the Bitmoji
–> Go to Bitmoji extension
–> Search for the Bitmoji you like in the Bitmoji extension
–> COPY the image that you like
–> PASTE the image to Google Slides
–> Adjust –> Repeat
and,
DONE! You have basically already LEARNed Bitmoji in Google Slides
IF you want to add the links.
Insert Links*
❶ Select the item that you would like to *Insert link
or
❷ Make your own shape to *Insert link
–> Select Line –> Polyline –> choose the item you'd like to be hyperlinked
–> make shape with Polyline (End dot needs to connect to the Beginning dot)
–> Then, you will see your selection is blocked (do not worry)
–> choose Fill Color & Border Color Transparent
–> click the polyline item you just made
–> *Insert link –> Done!
*Insert Link –> few options: ❶ Insert Slides in this presentation (my first slide)
❷ Website (my second slide)
